About the Course
This is a six month internship beginning in May and ending in October.
A comprehensive study of plants, their uses, their identification in the wild and cultivated environments, application and useful production. Centered in the garden potting shed, we will journey together to prepare useful nutritional products to share with others.
This course will include 4 hours, 2 times per month in Danville, Waterbury, and other locations in Vermont, field work and identification, cultivation, class instruction, prayer, harvest, and production. There will be about 20 hours per month of homework. An initial interview with potential students will begin the application process. The cost is $1,200 per person for instruction, supplies and handouts. A $100 deposit is required, should you be accepted to the class.
